Pros

Most coworkers are cooperative and friendly. Directors are helpful and supportive. Children are sweet. Opportunity to teach a subject. Great for gaining teaching experience.

Cons

Cluster lead is not really helpful and supportive. Does not keep word when you ask for help. Not much room for growth and no opportunities within company. Disorganized (most likely due to covid). No benefits if part-time. Expected to do lesson plans on personal time (no paid hours). No pay during holidays, or no extra hours during holidays.
