Pros

Well organized on-boarding for new employees, trainings available, good teamwork, good interpersonal communication, and good mission of the organization

Cons

Pay is very low for some types of classes, daily travel to different areas, may travel for only 1 hour of paid work, schedule subject to change, part-time schedule is not enough hours, payroll and administrative systems out of date, no clear opportunities for advancement

Pros

Depending on your department they can be flexible with your hours. It's a great place to work if you're looking for a quick job to find.

Cons

Main office staff can make working very uncomfortable, they lock the office when staff need to access their personal items or clock in/out. Administration also refuses to listen to employees who work directly with kids and activities. Turnover rates are very high, new employees don't stay longer than three months because admin can be unhonest and unreliable.
