Pros

flexible with days of work, especially if you are a student, easy-going and fun environment, fun annual training event.

Cons

The directors are usually rude and very entitled and partial, there is no scope of advancement, you are stuck at the same position regardless of however many efforts you put, no recognition, biased environment.
