Pros

great place to start off it you want to be in the education system can work over the summer parents love you if you are a hard worker Great place to work at if you are a student

Cons

Not much support from corporate You often have to babysit corporate employees if you request something from them If you are a director you are often left with little to no staff and the program sizes range from 60-150 kids (keep that in mind if you are taking on the director position)

Pros

Well organized on-boarding for new employees, trainings available, good teamwork, good interpersonal communication, and good mission of the organization

Cons

Pay is very low for some types of classes, daily travel to different areas, may travel for only 1 hour of paid work, schedule subject to change, part-time schedule is not enough hours, payroll and administrative systems out of date, no clear opportunities for advancement
