The kids are always cheering up your day. Flexibility. Good and positive environment. Good words. Part time : good for students

Cons

Since it's part time it's not really good in benefits. We have none. Even thou it would be good to have health plan at least.

It's nice because you get to design your own classes. It's a good experience to have under your belt if you want to get into education.

Cons

Negative atmosphere. Not compensated well. Borders on creepy and cult-like. They have required "volunteer" hours that you need to do, so that's interesting. They don't respect your time. This is especially bad for part-time employee who have other commitments.
