Worst site I’ve ever seen. Children out of control. Staff lazy and unstructured. Some sites have bullies for directors. Run 🏃‍♂️

Pros

The kids were always the best thing about working here. They were always so sweet and willing to learn. The opportunity to lead any types of class you'd like was such a pro for me.

Cons

The pay does not equal the amount of work and stuff you have to deal with. The training is severely lacking. I was almost full time and was there for almost 10 years and I only got 1 raise the entire time.
