I think what makes coming to work every day at STAT is the people. Everyone at the office is friendly, genuine, and easy going, and that makes coming to work every day pretty cool. There's so much opportunity to learn and grow, and it's evident that leadership wants you to take advantage of that. Everyone here wants to be the best at what they do. Not in a competitive, trip her while she's accepting her crown kind of way. More like: everyone is passionate and dedicated to what makes them tick, and that translates into some really incredible team making and product. Perks are pretty great, too: stocked kitchen, coffee, beer and wine on tap, bean bags galore. Plus, you can bring your dog to work. I mean. That's enough right there.

STAT is a place filled with really passionate people who care about coming to work everyday and doing great things — and that comes from the top down. It's rare that a company encourages career growth, personal development, and a work/ life balance like STAT does. Everyone genuinely cares about the people they work with and it feels like a family. There are lots of perks too — like snacks, company outings, and competitive salary — but those are just icing on the cake. If life didn't move me to another city, I never would have left.
