      -Treated like part of the family right away -Willing to teach non-sales people how to sell and continue to hone skills

      -There is quite a bit of cold calling and down time where you have to busy yourself

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice, always willing to help. Remote work available for those who reside outside of Houston office. Great resources and sales productivity tools to help you with all parts of the sales cycle.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from higher ups. Once you sell to a customer, the ball has a 50% chance of getting dropped; from implementation to product fulfillment, to communication to customers. No customer success team or retention team to manage existing customer relationships. When customer places an order for physical product, target delivery dates are subject to change especially if it is a smaller deal - may be distributed to a high dollar order for priority. Turnover is at an all time high, as reps' reputations are being tarnished with customers for issues they cannot control.
