      Pros

      Great products. Core Science and Math. Very creative team. State curriculum alignment is the greatest strength.

      Cons

      There has been some challenges as the company has had massive growth over the past 3 years. Some scalability issues have come with that growth. These should be resolved as the company has catches up with personnel and investment in systems.
