Cons

Management is not well put together. The employ individuals who are not willing to work in a team as upper management or leave their desks to learn about new products and procedures. There is an extreme lack of communication between all areas within the business and they lack collective skills in acquisition transitions.

Good training, good benefits, nothing else that I can think of

Cons

You can't trust your co worker, they will pull you down. Low pay. I am glad I quit Steris.
