Pros

Great place to work and fantastic products. Leadership usually appears to be I'm touch with what is needed for new products being introduced in the market place. Company values are fantastic "do the right thing". Customers are always first. Benefits and compensation are very competitive if not superior.

Cons

They have very un-realistic sales goals. They have managers that are not managers but drones who don't have a spine or can't stand up to Managment and tell them what is needed or sales goals that are out of whack. Compensation is fine and competitive and benefits are great.

Skills required to perform job are not compensated appropriately. Often can be a dangerous job. Little room for advancement.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Difficult to maintain integrity in this environment. Low pay results in employees with little to no experience/competence. Employees are overworked and under pressure to cut corners. Money is the only driver for this company.
