Pros

We get to learn new technology everyday and interface with a lot of different groups. This keep you engaged if you like change and a fast paced moving environment. Great project management experience.

Cons

The pay is not really competitive. Lack of documentation. Too many software defects from the developers. The process is not very well defined. You have to wing it sometimes.

The staff is friendly and it is a pleasant place to work. Your colleagues are very helpful and are always able to support you on projects and other tasks assigned.

Cons

Management seems inept and promotions which were given at my time of leave seemed to be undeserving. Many people were left out to dry while others were left with a sinking ship. The company continues to purchase other companies, while is unable to develop its own products.
