The highest level of management is not qualified. They don't stretch themselves or their employees. They surround themselves with their friends instead of highly qualified employees. High potential employees don't last as the pace is too slow. No accountability required. Executives who miss plan are not removed. This company will be sold and profits will soar.

Run by a bunch of ignorant good ole boys. Company culture is garbage. They do not care about their customers or employees. They're cheap. They try to cut corners in all the wrong areas. They typically do not promote from within. No work/life balance. They frequently require you to take on tasks which have nothing to do with your role. Low pay. I could go on. You get the picture.
