No work-life balance, terrible communication and leadership. This company is now the poster child for what’s wrong with corporate America in every sense. They acquire foreign companies to avoid paying domestic taxes, they exist merely for shareholders, pay anemic wages and raises for lower level employees who kill themselves to hit goals and benchmarks. Upper management is a collection of amoral and egotistical yes men who will micro manage the way you brush your teeth in the morning. They use HR as a shield to deflect blame and criticism to the people below who grind day in and day out to deliver for the customer and patient, and truly care about what they do every day. It’s become a popularity contest amongst a collection of d-bags from 10 years of acquisitions because they lack the full amount of chromosomes to achieve true organic growth. Other than that, it’s a great place to work!

Management does not care about shopfloor staff. Some days not even uniforms are. Bulling allowed and supported. Favoritism for people of the same country as the GM. Poor quality of machinery, very outdated tech, that keeps braking daily. They expect to work hard but give you minimum wage.
