Take over from Cantel was supposed to be seamless, it was the opposite from customer to employee. Ruined Cantel reputation by making poor decisions Pushing out customer service team by forcing them to work from home instead of providing an office. all new employees are hired into their Leicester office. All ex cantel office staff are being pushed out so they can hire new staff in their Leicester office which was their plan all along from the day of the consultation. Too much animosity between the 2 companies, management bicker like children because they don’t see eye to eye. Not a single person is happy anymore especially the people who have most involvement with the cantel take over. Pay is diabolical for the role and expectation level. If you’re good at your job you’re expected to do more. A lot of mental health illness since the take over in the service team. don’t tell everyone we have had a bad year when you just sold the shoebury office for millions. It’s disgusting that you say the customer comes first when that’s far from the truth. Whoever made the decisions from removing the warehouse and the office has only caused irreversible damage that the service team have to pick up the flack from. Customers are so unhappy with us now that 90% of our incoming calls are complaints. Used to be able to get to know our customers and have a chat but now they blame us for the poor decisions and changes that steris made. Their system is utter pony crap too.
