Strong company financially. Clear corporate mission and excellent products and people.

Cons

Back office capacity and capability still being built - surprising what the company does not have given its size (revenue and profit). The group needs to improve in areas of communication and coordination to break down some silo working and behaviour.

I have work for Steris Reading Ast Tilehurst for just over 4 months, and this was my worst decision ever. So poor company Reading Ast Steris they not pay my wages

There are some good people working which without place would fall apart.

Cons

Managers can do whatever they want without being held accountable. Sabotaging management and employees, to pursue their own goals. Toxic practices, tricking employees for on call outs by not disclosing information, and false promises of trainings, and promotions. Pushing vital decision making of process onto on floor employees then holding them responsible if something goes wrong. Company values aren't being followed.
