      Nothing really they aren't in the business of hiring good works

      Steris is a prejudice company. They also don't back their workers and value their accounts rather giving good service.

      Working for Micromanaging Boss that has favorites (white people). The dynamic Duo! Friction and Frac walk around all day, don’t do crap! They have the workers in the lab do the work, transfer, all they care about are numbers! The problem is you have people running the lab with no degrees, no experience.

      Pros

      Company vehicle can be used for personal use, minimal supervision, cell phone, laptop, gas card and necessary tools and training are provided to perform the work.

      Cons

      Compensation analysis is way off base of what the market is. The company needs to perform a study at least in my area to get with the times. Currently, there is no compensation to go from a level 2 to level 3 which makes no sense to me.
