      You get a lot of work experience with any position that you have; From material handler to supervisor, bonuses every quarter, and a lot of employee engagement activities. The pay is great and is competitive. There is a lot of room for growth and feels that the only person that may keep you from advancing is yourself.

      Cons

      When its busy in can be overwhelming. However, It can be slow during the holiday season.
