Business Outlook
Pros
Stable employment. Predictable schedule. Good home life balance. I worked there for over 15 years advanced pretty far. Employees are treated well.
Cons
Once you are high enough in the food chain, it gets very political. If your allies fallout of favor it gets cold. Employees who have been there 20 plus years keep hoping for the good ole days of 30% raises and perks of when it was a small company. Then complain that the company got rid of the sporting event suites.
