      - Great perks (insurance, etc) - Fair starting pay - Senior Management is competent - You’re working for a good cause

      Cons

      - Compensation becomes very poor after several years of work - No defined career paths or goals - Middle Managment is clueless and out of touch - Turnover rate is very high
