Pros
Hands-off (in a good way, defer to client reviews and do not micro-manage), decently responsive, good professional development support and opportunities
Cons
Somewhat bureaucratic, hands-off (for some employees maybe too hands-off without enough opportunites for mentorship), unsure about stability of company contract pipeline, significant senior management changes in last several years, difficult for me to provide lower-level staff with upward mobility via opportunities at the company.
