Working here. Seriously. Dont. The team I'm on is conveniently forgotten about all the time. There is no communication; when it does happen, it's too late, and then you have to struggle to meet demand.

Pros

I work with many companies in which I never physically met the HR Staff, Payroll, etc., but STI-Tec treats you like you're not just some "number". They are so easy to talk to, responds to emails in a quick fashion and really cares about their employees r working remotely

Cons

Honestly, I have to Cons and been working with them for a little over 2 years
