Able to work from home and happy with current field leads

- Rare for upward mobility due to budget constraints - Company refuses to match cost of living. - Pay is not competitive - Paid to do more work than the stated job duties - Company encourages personal growth and training, but doesn't allow time or does not have the funds to. - Program Manager is unresponsive and is hard to get an email from him or ask for any raises or promotions
