I like my coworkers and people are good at their jobs. Cool projects, lots of opportunity to learn new skills. Sense of mission. Pleasant, collaborative culture.

Cons

Like anywhere in defense, plenty of red tape, paperwork, and delays. Pressure to work more than 40 hrs/wk.

İt's a very decent place to work with good work life balance.

Cons

Come with standard defense things. Going back and forth between clients, making sure exactly what they're looking for. Could be problematic if the managers aren't on the same page
