      Pros

      Incredibly brilliant colleagues, willing to share knowledge and work hard. Top tier benefits. Exceptionally flexible work hours, locations, and schedule. Chick Fil A is across the street.

      This company ruins you for other jobs and companies. Everywhere else is a step or two down.

      - Truly employee-focused culture - Fast-paced and dynamic environment - Great benefits and competitive compensation - Very flexible work from home policy for many roles - Focus on DE&I and Employee Engagement - Quarterly bonuses and spot bonuses for great performance

      - Bonus and raise structure could be a little more transparent so employees can understand how their bonuses/raises are being determined

      Pros

      I found the benefits to be very competitive. These benefits include without really going into detail, your own office, bonuses, free parking/metro pass, great insurance and 401K, monthly activities within the company, and SNACKS! My colleagues are very friendly and very helpful. Once you come on board, you are presented with a "buddy". There is also a Mentorship program.

      Cons

      I would love to see more diversity within the company.
