some of the smartest people I've ever worked with are at STR. The culture is one of excellence and accountability while also providing opportunities for employee growth and career development

Pros

- Intelligent, caring teammates - Flexible and supportive management - Exciting work domain with challenging problems - People-focused, innovative, fast-paced culture - Opportunity to make a big impact by wearing many different hats - Your work has purpose for our primarily defense related customer base - Competitive salary, bonuses ,and benefits

Cons

Overall very few cons. A couple nitpicky things: - Defense Domain means projects often don't survive long duration. Some people do get frustrated in the turnover of their work. - Could be more generous with PTO. It's fairly industry standard but its an area where STR could continue to set itself apart as a top company if they were to expand the earning schedule and thresholds.
