      Very flexible schedule and lots of room to grow!

      Cons

      The office location is a little weird but other branches have better locations if you prefer a city branch (Washington DC, Florida, etc).

      Great coworkers who are talented and easy to work with. As far as defense contractors, it's probably one of the best. Promising outlook with lots of expansion.

      Although the company is no longer a small business, it can still be challenging working with larger competitors.
