Could be more generous with PTO; rumor is that flexibility is not equally granted by different managers

Flexible hours, very sharp employees, research-like environment.

Cons

Sometimes the politics of working with the government bogs you down. Projects can get cancelled or put on ice. The desires of government customers can be hard to understand, making the value behind the work sometimes a little ill-defined.
