Pay is decent and they aren't very strict sometimes

All around favoritism is a problem in this company they pick and choose what days they want to follow the rules and what days they don’t some days you go and you have a great easy day you’re left alone other days the boss’s there take their anger out on you by using their power

The pay could be way better. I have been here 6 years and am still at least 10K under the average pay in Maryland.
