Pros

Product generally well made + lasts well, mostly clean data centre work .

Cons

No training, no support, management fails to address any staff problems on health and safety + tools, or try to listen to qualified engineer's. Management fails to invest in the Service Department..... but they reap the rewards !.

Pros

None except some good people

Cons

Working at Stulz USA in Denton, TX has been one of the most disappointing job experiences I’ve had. The pay is extremely low compared to industry standards, with most employees only receiving a 2% raise and a $500 bonus, while executives are rumored to collect large bonuses for themselves. The plant runs like a circus, with no real structure, accountability, or fairness. The plant manager openly shows favoritism toward certain employees while ignoring the efforts of others, which creates resentment, division, and a toxic culture. Instead of building a fair and professional workplace, management allows favoritism and bias to dictate how people are treated. Meanwhile, executives only seem to care about hitting numbers and filling their own pockets, not the wellbeing of the employees who keep the business running. Because of this broken culture, morale is at rock bottom and many people are already looking for better opportunities elsewhere.
