Progressive company with great benefits and programs. The people who work here is what makes it a great company to work for. Opportunity and career growth has become much better over the years. Company overall is diverse and forward thinking.

Cons

If you’re talented, you will be overworked. Negotiate a strong salary at the beginning because it will be hard to get large pay increase unless you want to switch career path or move to management.
