Pros
As most of the trading does, Sunrise is a place if you are willing to work hard, make a lot of contribution, and get rewarded for your contribution. But Sunrise is also very unique. It has been growing steadily. The company never had single layoff. More importantly, the company treats everyone as part of a family. Everyone knows each other. The company CEO knows everyone by first name and which college he/she graduated. That is how close each other is. As a small company, you will be able to expose a lot of areas of the business. If you want to learn about the business, you will have a lot of opportunities.
Cons
If you are not willing to work hard, Sunrise is not the place. If you are not capable, Sunrise is not the place. You have no place to hide. If you are good, people will know, if you are not good, people will also know. Perhaps this is not a cons, it is a pro if you want to work for Wall Street. You may even get yelled if you are not doing good job. I believe that this happens to most of the trading industry. Every one could lose the temp when trading goes wrong because of your fault. For sure. Sunrise is a small company. If you want to manage a big team, it is not your place.
