      A great place for career start

      Pros

      Perfect work life balance, no extra hours unless you take initiative. Entrepreneur environment, will learn a lot if you are really interested in trading industry and willing to learn more. Colleagues are graduated from top colleges. They are hardworking, responsible and creative. Great location, in the center of loop and close to many public transportation like Metra.

      Cons

      Strategy teams are divided into small sub-teams and usually no communication among sub-teams. It's good news if you are competitive and highly skilled. But it's kind of crucial for new employees since they have less colleagues to learn from. Gender ratio is little deviated.

      1. Restrictive information disclosure and internet access 2. Restricted working scope 3. Inflexible management on WFH
