      Good pay, home time Decent equipment fuel station on site with Mechanic Voucher for work boots .

      Cons

      Seniority-based routing ,days on and off overlap home only to sleep mainly until you secure a decent position (yrs served) Bad communication from management. Drivers is forced to be in competition due to the tight schedule and Work Load. Until you get at least 4yrs With Company or know someone to partner with be prepared to work hard five nights a week.
