Management is new or was run off from their last company. They’re pushing for 12 hour days during the week and rotating weekend coverage. They’re pushing conned us into believing there would be work life balance, but there’s none. Burnout is high.a Saab Aeronautic executive asked the staff why were so motivated by money.
