Good benefits, high flexibility and wide growth and development possibilities for the employees. Interesting technology and products. Treats employees fairly!

Cons

Big organisation give slow decision process. Have slightly outdated administrative systems that they are changing now. Work to the greatest degree with authorities which means signing deals takes years.
