Most toxic and dysfunctional place I have come across

I have to be honest. There is none.

Cons

I haven't been here long but I have seen three questionable sackings, and their most experienced Software Engineer leave. The Software Management in Melbourne is extremely toxic and incompetent. If you do anything to threaten their power you will be shown the door.
