Flexi hour, very human considerate, good working environment, average local benefit, pay is average in the MNC market. Despite there is no 13th month and no bonus, these are more or less considered and added to annual pacakge, so it is actually a more secured payout than the variable bonus payout.

Cons

No career path or plan for locals. Expats oriented and dominated management level. You will not have any sense of belonging.
