      Pros

      Lot’s of benefits, including discounted gym-memberships, ”aktiesparprogrammet” and incredibly good flexibility with the working hours.

      Cons

      Salary not very competitive, especially the entry-salary. Sometimes the workload can be very low causing boredom, this is mostly caused by bad planning and/or internal bureaucracy. Favoritism is a real issue at some departments. Some bosses give certain benefits and training courses to people without any proper explanation. Over-promising is also an issue, such as over-promising the salary increase over the course of a year.
