      Pros

      Organisation, job environment, internal policy, flat organization ( instead of pyramid organization), good tools for workers, good payment. In general it a very good organization, which all policies are aiming to the well-being of the employees.

      Cons

      Work as stress engineer is a work under pressure. But it's everywhere.

      Pros

      Some of the biggest maritime projecst in the history of the royal Australian navy are on offer at saab. So much to learn and contribute. Very exciting times.

      Cons

      Lots of staff and not much physical space.
