Pros

They attract great people at the worker level. Very relaxed atmosphere (for some). Benefits are solid.

Cons

Management at all levels is incompetent. They don't understand their contracts (which they lose) or what their workers are actually doing. No job security; management will let you go with almost no notice because of their own failings.
