      Good place to grow and learn, some management is supportive, flexibile

      Cons

      Pay...pretty low for industry, communication and training also needs improvement. Be prepared to work like a dog. Only low annual bonus and no 401k match

      Solid people from all over the country come together to work and learn from each other. Lasting relationships and trust formed with one another. Lots of autonomy for those who can work under their own motivation.

      Cons

      Fairly flat organization. Little room for advancement in title. Growth in pay and responsibility are still possible.
