Pros

Benefits, a week paid vacation between Christmas and New Years.

Cons

Lack of communication within leadership and staff. HR will also gaslight you if you speak up. There's little support from HR or management when needing accommodations. They'll overwork us and pretty much want you to do the work without voicing any concern. They're also against employees unionizing.
