Excellent atmosphere at the cost of some irritating procedures and slow adoption of new technologies

Pros

Great work-life balance, flexibility, interesting projects (that strongly depends on team). Good for those that want do the job and enjoy their life after hours. Great benefits, good pay.

Cons

Currently travel business is in trouble, so there is a risk of reorg (read: layoffs). Promotions and pay raises are on hold. YMMV - some people complain at their managers or boring projects.
