Pros

Very good work life balance, culture is laid back and collegial. Benefits are pretty good, although they have been scaled back from what they were previously. Pay was about market level for my position, although commute out to Southlake cuts into the salary.

Cons

Frequent layoffs - yes, travel is a fairly cyclical industry but it sounds like the company was rehiring for some positions they laid off only a few months before. Layoffs did not sound too strategic, more like every group should lose some people.

Great work-life balance; good group of employees; great food in cafe; focus on strategy; thorough employee review process; good bonus opportunities

Cons

Egomaniacal sr leaders. Bureaucracy and process stifling. Old airline and agency guys still in charge although growth businesses are hotel and online. Arrogant approach to customers and market. Very few jobs at vp level and above
