Pros

The people are great to work with. Actually miss a large number of them. The pay and benefits are great as well.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected from reality. Waving a $100.00 bill in people's faces in order to get people to make less mistakes so we do not have as many outages is proof in how far removed from the real world the CEO is. The real issue is that the company was allowed to grow organically for so many decades, that there is now an insurmountable task at hand of trying to modernize the code base. The issue is that the code base is so old and was designed with compartmentalized/horizontal development, that teams do not know what they will break  downstream until after integration of the code from all teams occurs.
