      Too many Executives; Too Little Actual Leaders

      Pros

      Great culture and lots of employee activities. Very big on green initiatives. The cafeteria has excellent and healthy options and all taste great. Everyone has laptops and they are very flexible with work from home options. On site health clinic is very convenient.

      Cons

      There are way too many VP's, SVP's and EVP's in the company, however leadership and morale have been poor since this past summer's layoffs.

      Repetitive major layoffs, lack of consistency or strategic focus from leadership, I reported to 5 different people in 4 years, bad processes and lots of wasted effort, lack of needed product funding, lack of follow through
