Definitely not the same since Sam Gilliland left. Too much executive level turnover. Recent direction too focused on cost-cutting just to achieve numbers. Work-life balance is a thing of the past with the new "do more with less" approach. Too little training available to achieve assigned goals.

Working under Pressure expected on almost routine basis. Lack of alignment between cross-teams. Lot of team members have Ego problems and Back-Biting business is routine here. No value from upper management for the work done during your tenure. HR sucks too. No HR professional provides proper answers to your queries. At most I would say a transition company in your career which you can be at to learn some new technologies and skillsets and then move on to a better opportunity after spending some time here.
