- Flexibility - you may work from the office or home based on your preferences - Fair salary on Krakow's market - Interesting projects - Lot of options for career evolution - Tech transformation to Google Cloud

Cons

- It's not a startup - things are moving slowly sometimes; prepare for a lot of bureaucracy - Atmosphere between teams differs - you may work with great people, but sometimes you may have no luck. In the interview process, try to verify if there is chemistry between you, recruiting team, and the manager. - Timezones differences - sometimes you need to work in the evening - especially in higher positions (Principal +).

Cons

No room for advancement. Had to share bonus with depts that weren't doing great. Only paid 1 week of vacation out of 5 weeks that I had left.
