      Pros

      Large company with opportunity to grow and/or change career paths without losing work history. Great campus and has history of great culture.

      Cons

      Technology company that doesn't believe in using technology - tools are out dated, portfolio management system is ancient, SharePoint is installed but not managed or utilized

      Wonderful working culture. Good work life balance. Encourages working alone and taking initiatives. Nice salary and helpful management

      Cons

      No proper planning when it comes to planning the year hence the layoffs. Lacks tranparency in the area of how the next year is going to be.
